What’s better than cake? Not much. Except getting to design cupcake stands and other fun baking accessories! You can’t imagine the excitement when we got asked by the lovely Camilla Commins to work with her on this for Kalk Bay Foods. We were winning at life!

Bake Art is a baking accessory range that includes products like cupcake cases, cupcake stands, celebration candles, baking sprinkles/decorations and cookie mixes in clamp jars. Our brief was to design the identity as well as the product range for Girls, Boys, Family and a slightly older Glam range. Although each range has it’s own colour palette and illustrations, they all needed to work together and allow for people to mix and match according to their occasion. With this project the most important values we needed to bring across was celebration and fun for any occasion.

We are so excited to see these products in store and can’t tell you how much we loved being in cake and kid land illustrating little cats, kites and circus elephants!
